The time has come for Upper Village Blooms to close our doors.
I have had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed being your flower ambassador these past 8 years, and it has been a joy to be part of your lives.
During the pandemic, you were all so amazingly supportive of small businesses such as Upper Village Blooms. Because of you, we thrived during the uncertainty, but six years later, we are all facing something quite different.
Being part of this community has meant more to me than I can adequately express.
I’d like to thank my wonderful colleagues who have built this lovely place with me. Melissa, Lori, Jill, Michelle, and Vanessa — I wouldn’t want to be in any girl gang without you. I love each and every one of you!
To all my friends, loyal customers and the artists and makers who have sold your work here– you have made Upper Village Blooms an exceptionally warm place filled with local pride. To each one of you who has followed and supported us on socials, THANK YOU! I will miss you all so very much.
Thank you to my family for the daily support –my Mom, brother, and my dad– you delivered flowers every Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. And, a big thank you to my kids for their patience and your help.
Our final, normal retail day will be Sunday June 7th. If you have a gift card, please come in and spend it ASAP. Throughout June we will be open to sell out all of our inventory, display pieces, and furniture. I do hope you stop in to say goodbye.
